• Last day to file petitions  (50 days prior to election), March 2, 2009
• Last day for registration and transfer (21 days prior to election), March 31, 2009
• Last day to apply for Civilian Absentee Ballot by mail (7 days prior to election), April  14, 2009

Municipal Election Non-Partisan (2nd Tuesday in May)
