Inheritance Tax Waivers
Inheritance Tax Waivers must be filed with the County Clerk's Office to show that the property is clear of all taxes.
What you must do
- Submit the waiver in person or via mail to PO Box 690, Newark, NJ 07101-0690.
What it will cost
- $15.00 per estate, payable by cash, US Postal money order, or certified check.
