Liens and Judgments
All liens must be against Essex County residents or property.
What you must do
- Submit the official document in person or via mail to PO Box 690, Newark, NJ 07101-0690.
What it will cost
- Construction Lien Claims - $15.00 for the first page, $5 each additional page
- Abstract of Judgments - $25.00
- Hospital and Physician Liens - $15
All fees are payable by cash, US Postal money order, or certified check.
