As a licensed physician practicing in Essex County, you are required to register your license with the County Clerk's Office.

What you must do:

• All applicants must appear in person at the Clerk’s Office.

What you must bring:

• A copy of your Medical License

What it will cost:

• $25.00 payable by cash, US Postal money order, or certified check.
