Religious Corporation Registration
All churches and religious corporations in Essex County must register with the Clerk’s Office.
What you must do:
- Appear in person at the Clerk’s Office or submit document via mail to PO Box 690, Newark, NJ 07101-0690.
What you must bring:
- Document drafted pursuant to N.J.R.S. TITLE 16.
What it will cost:
- $25.00 for the first page, $5 for each additional page, payable by cash, US Postal money order, or certified check.
